Astro Sasquatch at its core is a Classic Rock Blues power trio using Hendrix, SRV, & Robben Ford as their foundation from where they can stretch out in any musical direction. They are known for playing a unique blend of familiar danceable songs and fun instrumental tunes from many genres that provide a unique show you won't see anywhere else.
The band is made up of Sean Fennell (Sky Blue Mind) on guitar, Mike Roberts (Tequila Bonfire, Joe Rockhead) on bass & vocals, and Chuck Schliker (Joe Rockhead) on drums and background vocals. They have been playing together for about four years whenever their schedules allow.
The group has performed at several Central Massachusetts venues including The Cannery and Starlight in Southbridge, Beatnik's in Worcester, and Bolton Street Tavern in Marlborough. They were also a featured performer at the 2018 Hudson ArtsFest.
The group will be presenting a special Jimi Hendrix show for the Winter Concert Series.
